We recommend that you use our FREE online prescription manager to request your repeat prescriptions.
Create an account
Sign up on the website. You’ll need to be registered at a GP practice in England.
Order your medicine
Tell us what medication you need. You can order one-off or repeat prescriptions with us.
Your GP approves it
We’ll automatically send your prescription request to your usual GP to approve.
Our pharmacy team check it
Our pharmacy team take the time to expertly check, dispense and pack your prescription ready for delivery.
Delivery or collection
Deliveries are sent by Royal Mail using letterbox friendly packaging whenever possible.
Get reminders to reorder
You’ll get a reminder to order your next prescription 10 days before you’re due to run out.
Order In-Store
If you’d prefer to come in-store and speak to a member of our team, they’ll be happy to arrange your repeat prescription face-to-face. You can also ask any questions you have about your medication at the same time.
